How it works
- Open the Split tool and choose a PDF.
- Type the pages to keep (for example 1-3, 5), or choose every page, or a new file every few pages.
- Press Split PDF. One PDF, or a ZIP with several, downloads.
Questions
How do I write the pages?
Use commas and dashes: 1-3, 5, 8- means pages 1 to 3, page 5, and page 8 to the end. Pages come out in the order you write them.
Why a ZIP file?
When the result is several PDFs they are packed into one ZIP, because browsers block many downloads at once. Every computer and phone can open it.
Do forms stay fillable?
Pages keep how they look, but their form fields may no longer be fillable. Fill in the form first, then split.
Are my files uploaded?
Your files are opened by your browser and never uploaded, so there is nothing to delete afterwards.
