Email [email protected] for help using the app, subscription questions, refunds and billing issues.

To help us answer quickly, include:

• What you were trying to do and what happened instead
• Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone)
• For billing: your PayPal subscription ID (it starts with I- and appears in the automatic payment's details in PayPal) and the PayPal email used. Please do not send card numbers or passwords.

If your subscription says it is already used on three devices, write to us with the subscription ID and we will reset it.

To see, correct or delete the data we hold, email [email protected]. The privacy policy explains what we hold and what to send so we can find it. Your documents never reach us, so there is nothing of them to delete on our side.

To report misuse of ScanKit, email [email protected]. Say what you saw and, where possible, include the relevant details. See the acceptable use policy for what is not allowed.

Subscriptions are paid and managed through PayPal, so you cancel there:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com.
2. Click Settings (the gear icon), then open Payments.
3. Choose Manage automatic payments.
4. Select ScanKit (or 62004027611 SOLE PROPRIETOR).
5. Click Cancel automatic payments, then confirm.

Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Refunds and the EU and UK 14-day withdrawal right are explained on the cancellation and refunds page.
